Titus was available for calls, pre approval letters, advice to buyers, etc. He was wonderful to work with - and this was about a year and a half for these buyers to be able to finally get an offer accepted. Thanks Titus!

Felt a bit of pressure regarding the amount we were requesting- we wanted less but they pressured to take more- finally after several communications they did as we asked. The speed of the transactions was a bit overwhelming. Don’t like all the e-signing, guess we are old school! Overall once process was completed, we felt better.
