I'm a real estate agent and it's essential that I work with professional and efficient loan officers. Which is why I will recommend Titus in the future.
My clients had been given unfriendly service with the loan officer they were working with. Midway through the loan process, they took the chance of moving to work with Titus. It was lucky they did cause after their first phone call my clients told me that they thought he was amazing.
Throughout the process he explained things and was very clear with the clients on expectations. He met the timeline goals and was always available. I felt confident that if I or the borrowers had any questions he or his team would be there to answer them.
The only negative is that I should have worked with him sooner, I believe the home buying process would have gone faster and less stressful for my clients if he had been their first/ only loan officer.
