Our overall experience was awesome, very detailed and friendly. The team was very responsive, quick and nice. However, they were also willing to slow down the process when needed to ensure all of our emails and text was answered promptly. They also were flexible willing to schedule late meetings around our crazy work schedules. Highly Recommend

Communication was key! Many people were involved in the process and I was always given a name BEFORE that person contacted me. I was given clear instructions about what information and documents were needed. Everyone made sure I understood what was going on and answered all my questions. I was amazed at how fast and easy it all was! I really liked that you all communicated information between yourselves. I didn't have to give the same information to multiple people.
